1. Introduction

Welcome to Spins House (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Casino”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spins House website, services, games, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any of our Services, you (“you,” “your,” or “the Player”) expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules, policies, and procedures we may publish from time to time. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Due to legal restrictions, we do not accept players from certain jurisdictions (“Restricted Countries”). The current list of Restricted Countries includes, but is not limited to: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Israel, and jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. We reserve the right to block accounts and void winnings from players in Restricted Countries.

2.3 Single Account. You are permitted to open and maintain only one account with Spins House. Any subsequent accounts may be closed, and all bonuses, bets, and winnings may be voided or confiscated.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (including name, date of birth, address, and payment details) and promptly update this information if it changes. We may request documentation (e.g., passport, utility bill, payment card copy) to verify your identity and address (Know Your Customer “KYC” procedures). Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be your responsibility. You must immediately notify our Customer Support of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2.6 Self-Exclusion. We promote responsible gambling. You may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, or take a temporary break using our responsible gaming tools. For permanent self-exclusion, please contact support. Once self-excluded, you cannot reopen your account.

3. Account Funding, Wagering, and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made only via payment methods registered in your name. 3.3 Withdrawals. You may withdraw funds from your real-money balance (“Withdrawable Balance”) subject to any bonus restrictions and successful account verification. You must use a withdrawal method that we support and that is verifiably linked to your account. We may process withdrawals in parts. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours but receiving funds depends on your payment provider. We reserve the right to request additional KYC documentation at any time.

3.4 Fraud and Chargebacks. Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment reversal, use of stolen payment methods, or collusion, is strictly prohibited. If fraud is suspected, we will close your account, withhold all funds, and report the incident to relevant authorities. You agree to indemnify us for any losses we suffer due to your fraudulent actions.

4. Game Rules and Software

4.3 Malfunctions. If a game malfunctions or a system error occurs, all affected game rounds are void. We reserve the right to declare any wager void if it was placed after a manifest error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed) or in the event of a technical failure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonuses (e.g., “bonus hunting,” creating multiple accounts, using strategies to exploit bonus offers) is prohibited. We may seize bonus funds and any winnings derived from such abuse and close your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Spins House name, logo, website design, content, and game software are our exclusive property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal entertainment. No right or license to use any trademark or copyrighted material is granted without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spins House shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services.
  • Losses resulting from actions of other players, hackers, or third-party payment processors.
  • Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in operation.

7.2 Our total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have deposited in your account in the last six months, or (b) €1,000.

8. Player Conduct and Termination

8.1 Prohibited Activities. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or unfair advantage.

  • Post offensive, defamatory, or harassing content in any chat function.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If the complaint is not resolved internally within 14 days, you may refer the dispute to our licensing authority, the Curacao eGaming Authority. Complaints can be submitted via the official portal managed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board. Please note that all complaints must first go through our internal process before escalation. The decision of the Curacao eGaming Authority, if appealed to, shall be final and binding.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Amendments. We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.

10.4 Force Majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages).

10.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and specific game/promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spins House.

10.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
