Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms and Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) are an integral part of the Spins House General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. They govern all promotional offers, bonuses, and campaigns (collectively, “Promotions”) offered by Spins House (“we,” “us,” “our”). By claiming any Promotion, you (“you,” “Player”) expressly agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms in addition to our general rules.

Section 1: General Bonus Rules

1.1. Promotion Availability & Eligibility:

Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of Spins House. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any Promotion at any time, for any reason.

Only one Promotion can be active per player, per account, at any given time, unless specifically stated in the offer details (e.g., a recurring weekly bonus can run alongside a tournament).
You must have a verified Spins House account to withdraw winnings generated from bonus funds.

1.2. Claiming a Bonus:

Most bonuses require an opt-in. You must click the “Claim” button or tick the relevant box during the deposit process. Bonuses are not automatically credited.
Some Promotions may require a bonus code to be entered in the designated field during deposit. Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered correctly.
The bonus, unless otherwise stated, will be credited to your bonus balance upon completion of a qualifying deposit and/or fulfillment of the specific claim requirements.

1.3. Wagering Requirements (WR):

Before any withdrawal can be made, the bonus amount and any deposit amount tied to the bonus (depending on the offer) must be wagered a specified number of times. This is the “Wagering Requirement” or “Playthrough Requirement.”
Example: A 100% match bonus of €50 on a €50 deposit with a 30x WR means you must wager (€50 bonus + €50 deposit) * 30 = €3,000 before a withdrawal is unlocked.
WR must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each Promotion (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days). Unmet WR after this period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

1.4. Game Weighting & Contribution:
Different game types contribute differently to the Wagering Requirements. The standard weighting is as follows:

Games contributing 0%: All progressive jackpot slots (e.g., Mega Moolah, Hall of Gods), specific games deemed “Excluded” in the individual Promotion terms, and any game not explicitly listed as contributing.
The most restrictive game weighting applies. Always check the specific Promotion page for the exact contribution table.

1.5. Maximum Bet Limit:

While playing with an active bonus balance, you must not place a single bet exceeding €5 (or the equivalent in other currency). This limit applies to the base bet amount (excluding any bonus features like “Double” in Blackjack).
Placing a bet that exceeds the €5 limit during bonus play may result in the bonus and all winnings generated from it being voided and confiscated.

1.6. Bonus Abuse & Fair Play:

Spins House defines “Bonus Abuse” as any activity intended to exploit bonus offers, including but not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
- Using strategies that minimize risk while meeting WR (e.g., “low-risk betting” on high-contribution table games).
- Placing bets on two opposite sides in the same round (e.g., Red and Black in Roulette).
- Any form of collusion, use of bots, or automated software.
We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect abuse. If Bonus Abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to:
- Void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Confiscate the entire balance in the player’s account.
- Terminate the player’s account and exclude them from all future promotions.
- Recover any funds already withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

1.7. Withdrawal Restrictions & Bonus Conversion:

The maximum amount that can be converted from a no-deposit bonus (e.g., Free Spins) to real money is €50. Winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
The bonus balance is always used before the real money balance when playing.
You may not withdraw your deposit while a bonus is active. A withdrawal request before meeting WR will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus and any winnings generated from it.
Only funds in your “Cash Balance” (real money, post-WR) are withdrawable.

Section 2: Specific Promotion Types

2.1. Welcome / Sign-Up Bonus Package:

The Welcome Bonus is strictly for new players on their first deposit(s).
It is often structured as a package over several deposits (e.g., first, second, and third deposit matches).
Each deposit bonus within the package has its own WR and validity period, which must be met before the next deposit bonus can be claimed or before any withdrawal.
The Welcome Package must be accepted in full, in the order presented. You cannot skip a tier.

2.2. Free Spins (FS):

Free Spins may be offered as part of a deposit bonus or as a no-deposit offer.
Free Spins are typically valid on one specific slot game, as stated in the offer.
Winnings from Free Spins are credited as bonus money and are subject to the WR stated in the offer (typically 30x-40x).
There is usually a maximum win limit from Free Spins, even after WR is met (e.g., 100x the Free Spin value).

2.3. Reload Bonuses:

These are offered to existing players on subsequent deposits, often on specific days (e.g., “Weekly Reload”).
Standard WR and game weighting apply, as per the specific offer.

2.4. Cashback Offers:

Cashback is calculated as a percentage of net losses (total bets minus total wins) over a specified period (e.g., a week).
Cashback is usually credited as bonus money with WR or, less commonly, as real money with no WR (clearly stated).
The minimum loss to qualify for cashback will be specified (e.g., “Minimum €50 in net losses”).

2.5. Tournaments & Leaderboards:

Entry may be automatic (by playing qualifying games) or require an opt-in/buy-in.
Prizes (cash, free spins, bonuses) are credited according to the tournament rules and are subject to their own WR, unless stated as “real money.”
We reserve the right to disqualify any player suspected of fraudulent or collusive activity to climb the leaderboard.

Section 3: Important Limitations

3.1. Player Responsibility: It is your responsibility to read and understand these Bonus Terms and the specific terms of each Promotion before claiming. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.

3.2. Promotional Emails: You can manage your marketing preferences in your account settings. If you opt out of promotional emails, you may miss exclusive bonus offers.

3.3. Discrepancies: In the event of a discrepancy between these general Bonus Terms and the specific terms listed on a Promotion page, the specific Promotion page terms shall prevail.

3.4. Our Final Decision: All decisions by Spins House regarding the interpretation of these rules, bonus eligibility, and settlement of any promotional activity are final and binding.
