2. Commission Plans

We offer flexible commission structures to suit different types of traffic. Our standard plan is a Revenue Share model, with CPA/Hybrid deals available for high-volume partners upon negotiation.

A. Standard Revenue Share Plan

Commission is based on the net revenue generated by your referred players. We offer a progressive tiered structure that rewards you for growing your player base.

Net Revenue Calculation:
Total Bets - Total Wins - Bonuses - Payment Costs - Chargebacks = Net Revenue

Example: If your referred players generate €15,000 in Net Revenue in a month, your commission is calculated as:
(€10,000 * 30%) + (€5,000 * 35%) = €3,000 + €1,750 = €4,750

B. Custom CPA/Hybrid Plans

For experienced affiliates with proven, high-quality traffic, we can arrange fixed Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) deals or a Hybrid model (lower RS + fixed CPA). Terms are negotiated individually with your affiliate manager.

3. Key Terms & Definitions

Qualified Referral: A new, real-money player who registers via your unique tracking link, makes a minimum first deposit (as defined in the offer), and is not in violation of our terms.
Negative Carryover: We do NOT operate with negative carryover. If your referred players generate negative Net Revenue in a given month, this balance is reset to zero at the start of the next month. You start fresh.
Cookie Duration: Our standard cookie tracking period is 30 days. If a player clicks your link but doesn’t register immediately, we will still attribute them to you if they sign up within this window.
Sub-Affiliation: You may not sign up under your own affiliate link. You may recruit sub-affiliates, but they must be registered under a separate, approved sub-affiliate structure managed by our team.

4. Prohibited Traffic & Terms of Service

To maintain our brand integrity and licensing, we strictly prohibit certain marketing practices. Violation will result in commission forfeiture, account closure, and potential legal action.

Strictly Forbidden Activities Include:

Brand Bidding: Bidding on “Spins House” or any direct misspellings/variations on paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Unafficial Claims: Implying direct affiliation with or ownership of Spins House.
Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam). All mailing lists must be 100% opt-in and comply with GDPR/CAN-SPAM.
Incentivized Traffic: Offering direct monetary or equal-value rewards (e.g., “cash for sign-ups”) solely to open an account.
Targeting Restricted Jurisdictions: Promoting our brand in countries where we do not accept players (e.g., USA, UK, France, Netherlands, etc.). A full list is provided upon sign-up.
Misleading Advertising: Using false, deceptive, or aggressive advertising. Claims must be truthful (e.g., do not guarantee wins).
Targeting Minors: All marketing must be aimed at audiences 18+.
Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or using stolen data.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Threshold: Minimum payout is €100 (or equivalent in your chosen currency).
Payment Schedule: Commissions are calculated from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month. Payments are processed by the 15th of the following month, subject to report verification.
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, and other e-wallets.
Invoices & Taxes: You are responsible for issuing any necessary invoices and for all tax obligations in your country of residence.
